Key Relationships (Simplified):

  • 🌳 Wood feeds 🔥 Fire (like wood fueling flames).

  • 🔥 Fire creates ⛰️ Earth (like ash becoming soil).

  • ⛰️ Earth holds ⚔️ Metal (like rocks containing ore).

  • ⚔️ Metal guides 💧 Water (like pipes directing flow).

  • 💧 Water feeds 🌳 Wood (like rain growing trees).

Why It Matters:

Everything in nature (and in you!) contains these 5 energies. Balance = harmony. Imbalance = stress.
Example:

  • Too much 🔥 Fire (stress)? Add 💧 Water (rest, quiet time).

  • Too little 🌳 Wood (stuck)? Add plants/green spaces.

Think of it as nature’s user manual for energy! 🌿✨
