l  All the goods we sell have been paid Import duties required by the local government, please be reassured to buy.

l  Each of our products is designed and made by our designers. Once you buy a product, it will be sent to you from the designer's studio across half the earth. If the product is not damaged or there is no serious difference from the product description, the return or exchange the goods will not be applied. So welcome to learn about the product thoroughly prior to purchasing and choose it discreetly.

l  Our products will be transited to the local courier company and delivered to the address you left on our website. Please ensure that the address is well-formed and accurate, just in case you may not receive them because of courier’s failure.

l  Jewelry is a valuable product. You must be sign for it in person. Before delivery, the courier company will make an appointment with you for delivery. If you are not there for the first time, the courier will bring back the product and make a second appointment, which is free of charge. However, from the third delivery, you will need to bear the additional delivery cost.

l  Please carefully check whether the goods are correct and have no damage before signing. Once you have signed on it, we assume that you have received the correct and intact product, thus will no longer accept future return or exchange requests.
